Homeschooling
Faith. Family. Formation.
Homeschooling was one of the great adventures of my life.
I had the privilege of homeschooling our three sons through high school, and along the way I co-founded Our Lady Star of the Sea Homeschool Co-Op. Through that experience, I discovered how much I loved helping other families in their own homeschooling journeys—watching children blossom, parents grow in confidence, and families draw closer to God and to one another.
Those years taught me that homeschooling doesn’t have to look perfect to be fruitful. There will be beautiful days, difficult days, and plenty of days when you wonder whether you are doing enough. You are!
With faith at the center, a thoughtful plan, and the freedom to recognize what works for your particular family, homeschooling can be an extraordinary way to educate your children—and to grow alongside them.
How I Can Help
Homeschooling can feel overwhelming, especially when you are trying to make decisions about curriculum, schedules, expectations, and what is truly best for your child.
Sometimes you need more than another curriculum recommendation. You need someone who understands the realities of homeschooling and can help you step back, sort through the options, and make confident decisions for your family.
I can help you:
- Clarify your homeschool goals and priorities
- Choose curriculum that fits your child and your family
- Create a realistic rhythm for your homeschool days
- Work through seasons when homeschooling feels difficult or discouraging
- Find greater confidence in the way God is calling you to educate your children
You do not have to homeschool exactly like anyone else. The goal is to build an education that serves your children, strengthens your family, and leaves room for the life God has given you.
